Spinach puree with green chillies
- Puree 300 gms of Spinach with green chillies without adding any water,keep aside. Ferment yeast with warm water and sugar.
Sieve flour,make a well in the center and add salt, spinach puree and yeast and make a soft dough by kneadingit for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
- Rest the dough for an hour,then give a knock back and rest it for 15 more minutes.
Flatten the dough with your hand to remove excess gas and form into two oval shaped loaves. Leave it to prove till double in size in a greased tray.
- Give a water wash on the proved dough and mark some slits.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 degree celcius till done.
