Wholewheat Flourmaida

Instant dry yeast

Olive Oil
1/4 Cup
Lukewarm water
2/3 Cup
1 Teaspoon
Shredded Cabbage
1 Cup
Medium Onion chopped
Mozarella+ Cheddar cheese
200 Grams
Tomato sauce+ chilli sauce+ barbeque Sauce
150 Grams
Shredded grill chicken
200 Grams


  1. To make base, Ferment yeast with pinch of sugar and little water, from the 2/3rd cup lukewarm water.
    Add rest of the ingredients to the flour, if you want you can add mixed herbs in the flour.
    Knead the dough for 10 minutes, cover and leave to rise.
  2. Meanwhile grill chicken and keep aside, mix tomato puree, chilli sauce, and barbeque sauce as per your taste, add little mixed herbs, black pepper and salt to this.
  3. To assemble, roll the pizza dough as thin as possible and cover an 8 inch Pie base, sprinkle shredded cheese over this, then vegetables ( this can be anything of your choice), chicken, cover this with another layer of thinly rolled pizza base and prick it all over.
  4. Spread the mixed sauce over it and some cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° Celsius till done.
